Security Overview

Your data is sent using HTTPS.

Whenever your data is in transit between you and us, everything is encrypted, and sent using HTTPS. Within our firewalled private networks, data may be transferred unencrypted.

Regularly-updated infrastructure.

Our software infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Mail Memories runs on a dedicated network which is locked down with firewalls and carefully monitored.

Your billing information.

All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption—the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely by way of our third-party payment processor Stripe.

Access credentials.

The app password you generate to grant Mail Memories access to your email is encrypted at rest in our database. It is decrypted to connect to Gmail and immediately deleted after your gallery is created. In practice, this means app passwords are deleted within a few seconds or minutes of submission. And, you may of course delete the password at any time.
